Personal Expense Tracker

Personal Expense Tracker is an offline personal-finance utility. It does not create user accounts, display advertisements, use analytics or tracking SDKs, or transmit expense information to the developer or any server.
Information handled by the app
The app stores transactions, budgets, categories, payment methods, notes, and appearance preferences entered by the user. This information remains in the app's private storage on the user's Android device.
Collection and sharing
The developer does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data through the app. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, social, authentication, or cloud-storage SDKs.
CSV import and export
Import occurs only when the user selects a CSV file through Android's system file picker. Export occurs only when the user selects Export Data and chooses a destination. An exported copy is then controlled by the destination or application selected by the user.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on the device until the user deletes individual transactions, selects Clear All Data, clears the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Clear All Data removes transactions and budgets while retaining customized categories, payment methods, and appearance preferences.
Security
Android's application sandbox protects local app data under normal device-security conditions. App data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Users remain responsible for securing exported CSV copies and their devices.
Children
The app is a general personal-finance utility intended for adults and is not specifically directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the policy available from the app and its Google Play listing.
